Gluten Free Menu
As a pizzeria, flour in the air prevents a guarantee of a purely gluten-free environment or a purely gluten-free product. However, we do everything within our control to avoid cross-contamination. Gluten-free pizza dough is made in a separate part of the building than where regular pizza dough is made, and gluten-free preparation surfaces and utensils are separated within our kitchen. Highly sensitive individuals should discuss the risks of cross-contamination with their physicians before trying our products.
